(04:11) โ€“ I was a “retired investor” who invested heavily in the early 2000s only to hit the 2008 downturn and lost everything. I have finally gotten over it and am going to restart on Jan 1, 2022. My question is, where would you start first and what niche would you start in?

(07:33) โ€“ I have a lead generation question ..as we go into the new year we are looking for whether we should focus on PPC and paid ad generated leads or put more invested energy into organic direct connection and referral leads? Thoughts

(12:35) โ€“ Focus is an extreme issue for me and it’s affecting our entire business. I am able to help our team members stay on target with tasks but not growth and I am not able to myself. Feel like I’ve lost months and months of not moving our business forward. What should I consider to get my focus back?

(24:00) โ€“ I have owned my company for the last 8 years but the last 2 have been very unfulfilling! There are days I don’t even want to go to the office. I miss the energy and excitement I had when we started. Any thoughts on how I can get that back?

(28:37) โ€“ I promoted one of our acquisition guys to team leader and he is simply not leading. He wanted to be the team leader and communicated how excited he was and how committed he was going to be. But… the truth is the effort is not there. I can’t tell if he is incapable and simply lacking the “how,” or if he doesn’t care and doesn’t want the role. We like him and he has been with us a while. How would you communicate with him to figure it out?

(33:27) โ€“ This is a very vulnerable topic for me to cover but I will give it a shot! I truly do not have a support network. I have not been able to balance deep relationships with people and manage my business and family. Those business contacts that I do reach out to generally want me to buy their program or mastermind. But I watch what seem to be close relationships that other colleagues have with each other that seem genuine and collaborative and they voice public support for one another. How do I find and foster that?

(39:16) โ€“ The culture in our company is not very motivating. Sometimes even toxic. How do I change that?
