(05:30) – It’s the 1st week of the New Year and I have not begun my New Year resolutions. How do I get started so that I don’t fail?

(15:15) – I have HedgeFund buyers in my market that are making very absurdly high offers on retail properties only to get verbals then beat the seller down another 20-30%. Is there anything I can do to compete with this B.S. strategy?

(19:21) – I don’t feel as a leader that anyone cares what I have to say. No matter what methods I try, consequences, performance systems to enhance skills, daily reporting to answer to, or motivational support …it does not seem that I can affect change. What other approaches would you try?

(22:03) – Hey guys, I am stuck in a little pickle… I have done pretty well in my business and have recently been bought out for a $10m buyout, however I’m a bit miserable. I’m finally understanding what people meant when they said “money does not buy happiness”. Any thoughts on how to find something to fill the huge void I am feeling?

(26:25) –How does transactional funding work? I have an interesting wholesale deal that requires me to buy and then resell.

(31:47) – I’m not a morning person, yet I hear how you have to get up at crazy times in the morning at 5:30, 4:30 am and I even hear people getting up at 330 am. Is this right?

(36:25) –I hear how important it is to grind. Then I hear that you shouldn’t grind. Then I hear you should be working only a few hours a week to be healthy. What are your thoughts on how many hours a week you should work?

(40:39) – Do you guys set weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals for each of your businesses? If so would you share some?

(42:17) – My existing sales and acquisitions team is simply not aggressive enough and I am struggling with how to move forward. I care about them and want them to succeed but they simply don’t understand the effort required to succeed at their role. It sounds easy to just say let them go. Can you give me some advice to make it feel easier?
